Attapulgite Ceramic Grade – Attacol
It is important to study not only the humidity-adsorbing properties of the additives used, but also their adsorption capacity, since this can influence the industrial Drying Process. Attapulgite exhibits the greatest water vapour absorption

OIL/WATER WELL DRILLING
Attapulgite is selectively mined and carefully stockpiled for breaking into small pieces for low-temperature drying to preserve its colloidal properties.
Attapulgite has a specific use in drilling-mud-control because of its property of forming gel in suspension and equally well in salt water or fresh water.
Attapulgite is used as viscosity builder in saline muds. One ton of attapulgite clay yields approximately 90 Barrels of 15 centipoise mud when mixed with saturated salt water.
BENTONITE- BEECHOGEL: API-13A (Section-9)
This is a pure Sodium Bentonite, selectively mined, evenly balanced, stock piled and dried at atmospheric temperature to insure uniformity and to preserve its natural colloidalness.
Its wide particle size distribution insures quick formation of viscosity, gel strength and reduction in filtration loss. It yields approximately 100 barrels of 15 centipoise drilling mud per ton.
For making suspension in sweet water for water base drilling fluids for oil & gas exploration; primarily for filter cake building, filtration control and as suspension agent.
